COLAPINTO WELCOMES FLYBONDI ON BOARD

Flybondi, Argentina's pioneering ultra-low-cost airline joins forces with Franco Colapinto, one of the most promising talents in the world of motorsport.

Flybondi is the first ultra-low-cost airline in Argentina. It was founded in 2016 and began operations on January 26, 2018, the same year Colapinto made his single seater debut in Spanish F4. It is pioneered the low-cost segment in the country and has grown thanks to the generation of new passengers who either didn’t travel before or did so very little. It has already transported more than 11 million people, and 20 percent of its passengers are individuals flying by plane for the first time in their lives.

Argentinian Williams Racing Academy driver Franco Colapinto has been flying the Argentinian Flag around the world since he was 15 years old and he is now competing in FIA Formula 2, the second tier of the single-seater ladder, at arm’s length from the F1 dream.

By teaming up with Colapinto, Flybondi is championing the spirit of Argentine excellence on a global stage. Franco will carry the airline’s logo on his Formula 2 car from the next race weekend on.
